It takes more than 2 years and 6 months for our Honey liqueur to become the part of life and the beginning of a true adventure! The quince brandy must be at least 2 years old before the yellow-gold honey can rest in it for almost another 6 months. One needs to be fully prepared for a complex combination of sweet and strong that emanates from within. No turning back now. Cheers!
NOCINO
A handmade Nocino's base is apple brandy that has been aged in oak for more than 3 years. After that, we add young green walnut and leave it to soak for another 6 months. Furthermore, we add 17 different natural botanicals to offer deeper intriguing aroma. Once used as a medicine, it is a liqueur that demands a true artisan. Let the bittersweet taste go straight to your bones and fill you with warmth and a strong memorable sensation.
VODKAS
VODKA
Distilled from Sugar Beets, it's perfect to sip or mix. This unique vodka has a neutral aroma while leaving a hint of sweet in it's wake. Crafted in a copper still, distilled nine times and put through nine days of slow filtration for a delightfully smooth experience. Winner of Second Best Vodka in the USA according to the San Francisco Bartender Spirits Awards 2019.

Like our Premium Vodka, our Apricot is distilled nine times from Sugar Beets for a smooth and clean taste. Crafted with all natural fruits the aroma and flavor come through without overpowering the palate.

BRANDYS
QUINCE BRANDY
This golden eau de vie is accented beautifully by the oak. An aged spirit, this will stand up to heartier foods and cocktail ingredients. The fruit is not overpowering, and the finish is smooth due to it’s aging. Enjoy it in a cocktail or as you prefer, though traditionally we drink it chilled or on the rocks.
PEAR BRANDY
Its crystal clear color demonstrates a smooth, well-balanced spirit. The aroma carries the subtle qualities of pear fruit. The palate is pleasing and easy to drink, very versatile to enjoy before or after dinner. Enjoy it in a cocktail or as you prefer, though traditionally we drink it chilled or on the rocks.
PLUM BRANDY
Intense, dark fruit aromas of plum and stone. Hints of smoke, really well integrated wood, and perfectly balanced sweetness with a long, warming plum finish.
APRICOT BRANDY
Fresh, pure and intense apricot. Soft, balanced and long lasting finish of Apricots and a hint of nuttiness from the pips.
GINS
LONDON DRY GIN
Distilled London dry gin, nothing less. Our criterion is high and hard to reach. That explains why we go to the farmers market ourselves and hand-pick over 15 different herbs and botanicals. Once gathered and chopped, we leave the herbs to soak for the entire distillation process. Needless to say, we have a limited edition and a small batch. These statements can be easily tested and proven by the taste. Cheers!

We patiently wait for the quinces to achieve their mature color and pick the best ones by hand. Only once firm and juicy are they ready for distilling with our gin, easily keeping all the best ingredients in one place. All you have to do now is enjoy!
